Warranty & Service Guarantee

Limited One-Year Warranty

Coverage Period

Dog Paw warrants that the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery.

Scope of Coverage

This warranty covers the original functionality of the instrument, including structural integrity, electronic components, and mechanical parts, under normal use conditions. If a defect arises during the warranty period, we will, at our option:

  • Repair the product at no charge using new or refurbished parts.
  • Exchange the product with a functionally equivalent new or refurbished product.

Exclusions and Limitations

This warranty does not cover:

  • Environmental Damage: Defects caused by improper storage, including exposure to extreme temperatures, humidity, or liquid.
  • Wear and Tear: Normal wear on parts or cosmetic damage (scratches, dents) occurring after delivery.
  • Unauthorized Modification: Any damage resulting from opening the chassis, modifying circuitry, or attempted repairs by unauthorized service providers.

International Service (Non-US Orders)

For warranty claims outside of the United States, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs (inbound and outbound) and any applicable customs duties. Where feasible, we may opt to supply replacement parts directly to the customer for local installation to avoid international shipping delays.

Transferability

This warranty is fully transferable. Coverage is tied to the instrument’s unique Serial Number and remains valid for the duration of the one-year period, regardless of ownership.


Return Policy

14-Day Return Window

You may return the instrument within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in like-new condition with all original accessories, manuals, and packaging included.

Restocking Fee

Returns of non-defective items are subject to a 5% restocking fee to cover inspection, cleaning, and repackaging costs. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

Return Authorization (RMA)

All returns must be pre-authorized. Please contact our support team to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your unit. Returns received without an RMA may be rejected.
